Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is a supportive space for individuals of all ages, including teens, young adults, adults, and older adults, to explore their mental health challenges and personal growth. Common areas addressed in therapy include:

- Anxiety and depression

- Low self-esteem

- Life transitions

- Difficulty coping with stress

- Grief and loss

- Chronic illness

In the initial sessions, the therapist will take time to understand the client's background and challenges, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, they will collaboratively set goals that will guide future sessions, which will focus on effective strategies and meaningful discussions to help the client achieve their desired outcomes.
